Michelle is inspired by the emerging social innovation and enterprise sector. She is a connector and community builder who believes that change can happen on a grand scale when those engaged are leveraging and collaborating with each other.
With a background in technology sales and marketing, and extensive experience in management roles for large IT distributors, system integrators and enterprise resource planning, Michelle is well aware of the possibilities of a hyper-connected society in bringing about mass change on a local level.
Michelle was the co-founder of Social Innovation Sydney, a place where Changemakers meet. This was begun as an Unconference which enables the participants to create the content. Other community initiatives include movie screenings, StartUp Camps, Innovation Festivals, international speaking engagements, plus more.
